I work as a fullstack software engineer supporting credit card applications. I am a member of the two-year Business Technology Rotational Development Program.
I interned as a Software Engineer with Discover's Business Technology Payments Division. I supported integrations with digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Secure Remote Commerce. Additionally, I worked with a team of interns to create an internal API testing tool similar to Postman, for project managers.
I interned with Zebra's Quality Assurance team. As a Quality Assurance Intern, I worked on expanding automated testing across internal tools and websites. A primary focus of my work was aligning test cases to behavior-driven development principles.
Within Computer Science, I focused on Data and Machine Learning.
My concentration within Economics was Macroeconomics.
I led an orientation class of 26 freshmen in Computer Science. I mentored students by providing assistance with resumes, elevator pitches, coding interviews, course planning, and academic and career paths.
I conducted outreach programs on behalf of UIUC for elementary and middle students. As an Ambassador, I worked to explain technical concepts in an engaging way to encourage youth interest in STEM. In my final year of college, I was elected as the Treasurer of the organization and managed over $10,000 and relationships with corporate sponsors.
I taught students Java, Python, and Computer Science fundamentals. I guided students through best programming practices and worked to excite a new generation of engineers.
